Scope
A short call to agree focus, sector benchmarks, and which directors we'll interview. We work mainly from board papers you already have, plus a short list we agree up front.

We examine board papers, policies, and minutes, and interview selected directors and executives, confidentially.

We rate each domain, map the interactions, and build the exposure picture and recommendations.

Why a Health Check beats a checklist.

How much does it cost?
A fixed fee of $42,000 plus GST, covering the full assessment across all twelve domains, the board-ready report, the boardroom session, and the 90-day action plan. No hourly billing and no scope creep. Bespoke advisory work beyond the Health Check is scoped separately.
How much of our time will it take?
Typically a handful of director interviews and access to existing papers. We design the process to lean on documents you already have.
Is it confidential?
Entirely. Interviews are conducted in confidence and findings are owned by the board.
What if we only care about one or two domains?
We can focus the depth where you need it while still scanning the full picture, because that's where the surprises usually hide.
